What to expect during a reiki session?
During a Reiki session, you'll experience a serene and calming environment designed to promote relaxation and healing. You'll lie down in a comfortable area while the practitioner gently places their hands on or just above specific areas of your body (this can be done through zoom either, where the practioners will use their body to send the healing)
You may feel sensations like warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation as the energy flows. The session typically lasts an hour, leaving you feeling refreshed, centered, and at peace. No special preparation is needed—just come with an open mind and a willingness to receive.
